Wowser! I went to school today, and it was a total waste of gas. I sat around in useless classes (band and Teacher assistant) until 3rd period. then having to listen to Dr. Spruell listen to her shortened life story. (Thank goodness!)
I feel kinda bad for the freshman because they are having a hard time this year, and I remember what it was like to be in their shoes... glad i'm not now.
At 10:30 I got to leave, which was SO liberating!
David, me, Kara, and Corey all went to Chicken House and ate and then went by Kara's house, and then to FCCJ to get our student ids. Then back home.
It still hasn't hit me I'm a senior. I thought it would on the drive to school but, nope! Maybe next week, when I start college classes.
Just because it's the first day doesn't mean stress hasn't started yet.
I was supposed to start my online American Government(2 weeks behind)/Economics(1 week behind) class WAY before I did, which set me behind. Now, I won't be finished until September. On top of that, I have three movies to watch and create Character Analysis' on in 1 week.
It won't be my best but it will work for now.
I can tell there won't be room for senioritis; and my senior year will fly by. Which isn't a bad thing, there are plenty of things uncovered at college next year;]
When I got home, My Aunt Vicki and Grandma were in from out of town (Wisconsin) and we talked about LIFE and then got a bite to eat at St. John's Seafood. It was nice to catch up.
Saturday was amazing!! and for anyone who missed it, don't feel bad for me, feel bad for yourself. It was the best birthday party I've ever had! I love my friends:)
The treasure hunt wasn't exactly the easiest (lol) and the bonfire was halarious (with Samual singing with billy bob teeth and geeky glasses to the Temptations). Not to mention Sam, Me, and sarah dancing around the fire. It definitely made my summer.
Now I'm sitting on the computer about to finish another assignment for American Government and crossing my fingers school gets canceled on Wednesday :D
